The M2M service wireless resource dispatching method provided by the invention is used for providing the data transmission service for a large quantity of M2M terminals in the cell within a specific M2M communication time period aiming at the TD-SCDMA network, so that the use rate of the channel can be improved as far as possible in a condition of reducing the conflict, and the influence on the H2H communication is reduced simultaneously.
