Embodiment 1

[0011] 1. Instruments and equipment: PB303 electronic balance, sensitivity 0.001g; DIONEX ASE200 solvent extraction instrument, 5050ml solvent extraction cell.

[0012] 2. Chemical reagents: select organic solvents n-hexane, dichloromethane, acetone, and absolute ethanol in order of polarity from small to large.

[0013] 3. Sample pretreatment

[0014] (1). First cut the tobacco or tobacco product sample to be analyzed into shreds, dry at 40°C for 4 hours, grind, pass through a 100-mesh sieve, put it into a ground sample bottle, and then put it in a 4°C refrigerator for later use.

[0015] (2). Before the test, take an appropriate amount of smoke sample with a large filter paper, put it in an oven, bake it at 60°C for 3 hours, and take it out.

[0016] 4. Extraction analysis:

[0017] (1). Accurately weigh 1.000g of the dried sample with an electronic balance, and put it into the solvent extraction pool;

Abstract

The invention discloses an analytical method of tobacco components by continuous solvent extraction. Organic solvents of n-hexane, methylene dichloride, acetone and absolute ethyl alcohol are adopted in sequence according to the polarity from low to high to extract tobacco or tobacco products selectively and continuously in an ASE200 accelerated solvent extraction apparatus and the extraction condition is: 50 ml of the organic solvent is needed by one gram of dry tobacco powder or tobacco product powder; the sample is extracted for 10 minutes to 20 minutes and two times or three times under the temperature of 80 DEG C to 140 DEG C and the pressure of 1200 Psi to 1500 Psi; after the extracted sample is separated step by step, drying and weighing are followed and the analysis result is calculated by the gravimetric method. The invention has the advantages of simple analytical measurement principle, convenient operation, good repeatability of the method, intuitive and reliable analysis result and no pollution to the environment in analysis. In addition, the invention provides a basis and a method for conserving or improving the flavor and the taste of cigarettes, decreasing harmful components in cigarettes and reducing harmfulness of smoking, is significant in promoting tobacco analysis and development of tobacco science and has extensive application value.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a solvent continuous extraction analysis method for tobacco chemical components. Background technique [0002] The existing analysis methods of tobacco chemical components focus on the qualitative and quantitative analysis of single or several chemical components in tobacco and its products that affect the smoking taste of cigarette products or are harmful to human health and the environment. For example, through chemical analysis, it has been determined that ordinary cigarettes contain hundreds of aroma-causing substances and more than 40 kinds of carcinogenic chemical additives. In terms of product quality control analysis, most of them focus on routine analysis of tar, reducing sugar, total nitrogen, nicotine, volatile phenols, etc. These studies can neither provide complete analysis results nor provide means and methods for in-depth research on tobacco and its products. It is imperative to develop more scientific and reaso...
