Problems solved by technology

Water emulsion type urethane acrylate must be volatilized before ultraviolet light curing, otherwise the existence of water will affect the curing effect of the film, which will complicate the curing process and increase energy consumption
Therefore not suitable for use as an adhesive

Abstract

The invention relates to a polyurethane acrylate adhesive containing ionic groups and a preparation method thereof. The adhesive comprises the following components in part by weight: 45 to 75 parts of macromolecular polyol, 1.5 to 3 parts of carboxylic acid compound or sulfonate, 15 to 30 parts of diisocyanate, 0.01 to 0.06 part of catalyst, 8 to 21 parts of monohydric alcohol containing acrylategroup and 0.01 to 0.06 part of free radical polymerization inhibitor. The method comprises the following steps of: adding the carboxylic acid compound or the sulfonate into the macromolecular polyol, adding the diisocyanate and the catalyst into the dehydrated mixture, heating the mixture, then adding the monohydric alcohol containing the acrylate group and the free radical polymerization inhibitor into the mixture, reacting the mixture to obtain a polyurethane acrylate polymer at a controlled temperature, and adding a mixture of diluent and initiator into the polymer to obtain a product. Compared with the prior art, because the adhesive contains the ionic groups, the adhesive has higher strength and toughness; and the multi-functionality macromolecular polyol also increases the mechanical strength of the adhesive.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of polyurethane adhesives, in particular to an ultraviolet-curable polyurethane acrylate adhesive containing ion groups and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] UV-curable urethane acrylate is a polymer that undergoes chemical and physical changes in a short period of time after being irradiated by ultraviolet light. It has the characteristics of fast curing speed, energy saving, and excellent physical properties. In addition, it can be used in a wide range of substrates and does not contain volatile solvents. Therefore, it has received extensive attention. [0003] At present, the polyurethane acrylate cured by ultraviolet light can be roughly divided into solvent type, bulk type and water emulsion type. Because of the high toxicity and slow curing speed of solvent type, it has been gradually eliminated. At present, the body type and the water emulsion type are mostly used. Water-emulsion p...
