specific Embodiment 1

[0015] The specific embodiment of the present invention is illustrated by taking oil sludge at the bottom of a refinery oil tank as an example (percentages are by weight). The present invention is especially applicable to oil sludge with high water content, so the selected oil sludge contains 83.5% water, 10.7% oil, and the rest is solid matter.

[0016] The sludge is pumped into the dewatering tank. The dehydration tank is externally connected with an ultrasonic radiation device. The ultrasonic power density is 100W / L, the frequency is 20kHz, and the irradiation mode is 6s / 6s (ultrasonic continuous irradiation time / ultrasonic intermittent time). After ultrasonic dehydration for 1.5 hours, the moisture content of the sludge can be reduced to 41.3%. The dehydrated oil sludge is heated to 250°C and sent to the flash tower for distillation. Water vapor and light hydrocarbon vapor are obtained at the top of the tower, which are condensed and separated by an oil-water separator ...

specific Embodiment 2

[0017] The specific embodiment of the present invention is described by taking oil sludge at the bottom of a refinery oil tank as an example. Oil sludge contains 35% oil, 52% water, and the rest is solid matter. Process flow is with embodiment 1. The ultrasonic power density is 80W / L, the frequency is 30kHz, and the irradiation mode is 12s / 12s (ultrasonic continuous irradiation time / ultrasonic intermittent time). After ultrasonic dehydration for 1 hour, the moisture content of the sludge can be reduced to 17%. The heat treatment heating temperature is 200°C. Steam distillation is carried out at 450°C, and the oil and gas are carried out by water vapor, and the pressure of purging is controlled at 0.3MPa. The final oil recovery was 96.4%.

Abstract

The invention discloses a processing method of oil sludge. The method comprises steps that: (1) the oil sludge is dehydrated through supersonic wave pretreatment, such that the water content in the oil sludge is reduced; (2) under an anoxybiotic condition, oil sludge processed through supersonic wave dehydration is heated to a temperature in a range above a boiling point of water an below a hydrocarbon substance cracking temperature; the oil sludge is delivered into a separating tower, and is subject to flash evaporation; light oil and water are recovered with an evaporation and condensation manner, and heavy oil and solid substances are fetched from the separating tower with a form of slurry; (3) the slurry obtained from the tower bottom is subject to solid-liquid separation; the heavy oil is recovered, and oil in the solid substances is further recovered through steam distillation. With the method provided by the invention, various valuable components in the oil sludge can be fully recovered. The method provides good economical efficiency in industrial applications.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for treating oily sludge. Background technique [0002] Oil sludge mainly refers to the oily sludge formed by crude oil or other oil products and soil due to various reasons, as well as the oily sediment brought out by the system in the normal production of oilfields. It is a solid waste rich in mineral oil. The ingredients are crude oil, mud and water. The size of solid particles can range from sub-microns to several inches, most of which are between 1 and 100 microns. The composition of oil depends on the type of crude oil, refinery structure and operating conditions. The composition of sludge may change over time. Usually the sludge contains a certain amount of crude oil (5% to 80% in mass concentration), heavy metal ions (such as iron, copper, nickel, etc.) and inorganic salts (5% to 20% in mass concentration) compounds, etc. These oil sludges generally contain benzene series, phenols and other substances, and ar...
