Embodiment 1

[0052] First, the wood material is squeezed several times with a squeezing machine, crushed, cracked, and crimped into pieces with a length of about 50mm along the fiber direction, and then torn and crumbled into pieces by the crazing machine along the fiber direction;

[0053] In the second step, biological decomposition is carried out. The crushed strips are immersed in a pool of black rot fungus liquid for biological decomposition. The pool contains 3.5 billion black rot fungi per cubic meter of water and 1.5 billion white rot fungi per cubic meter of water. Cubic meter of water, 750 million brown rot fungi / cubic meter of water, 500 million soft rot fungi / cubic meter of water and 300 g / cubic meter of rejuvenating nutrient solution of bacteria species, the temperature is maintained at 38-45℃, every 2 in the pool Use bacteria water to circulate water once every hour; the bacteria water in the pool is not discharged; the decomposition time is 48 hours, a large amount of lignin in ...

Embodiment 2

[0059] The raw materials are wheat straw, rice straw, and Longxu grass, which are cut into pieces of about 200mm in length, and then torn and crumbled into pieces by the rubbing machine along the fiber direction;

[0060] In the second step of biological decomposition, the crushed strips are immersed in a pool of black rot fungi liquid for biological decomposition. The pool contains 2.5 billion black rot fungi per cubic meter of water and 700 million white rot fungi per cubic meter. Rice water, and bacteria rejuvenation nutrient solution 200g / m3 of water; the temperature is maintained at 30-35℃; the pool is circulated with bacteria water every 2 hours, the bacteria water in the pool is not discharged; the decomposition time is 6 hours, and the strips are further broken Split into loose fiber bundles;

[0061] Subsequent decomposing, refining, sieving and squeezing are the same as in Example 1, to prepare a pulp product. The pulp and the pulp meet the national standards of wheat str...

Embodiment 3

[0063] The raw materials are crushed, and the reeds are cut into sections of about 100mm, which are torn apart along the fiber direction by a rubbing machine and then broken into pieces;

[0064] In the second step of biological decomposition, the crushed strips are immersed in a pool of black rot fungus liquid for biological decomposition. The pool contains 3 billion black rot fungi per cubic meter of water, and 450 grams of bacterial rejuvenation nutrient solution / Cubic meter of water; the temperature is maintained at 30-35°C; the pool is circulated with bacteria water every 2 hours, and the bacteria water in the pool is not discharged; the decomposition time is 38 hours, and the shreds are further broken into loose fiber bundles

[0065] The subsequent decomposing, refining, sieving and squeezing are the same as in Example 1, to obtain a pulp product, which meets the national standards corresponding to the pulp made from reed raw materials.

Abstract

The invention relates to a paper pulp production method by utilizing alternaria tenuis to biodegrade lignin. Combined with machining, the method comprises steps of: immersing fragmented raw materials into a water tank containing alternaria tenuis bacterial liquid; maintaining a temperature at 30-45 DEG C; and decomposing for 6-48 h. The production process of the invention uses no chemical, generates no pollution, saves water, has low material loss, low energy consumption and a cost only 40% of that of an existing chemical pulping method. The method can be used to produce paper pulp using raw materials of wheat straw, straw, reed, Chinese alpine rush, bagasse, bamboo and timber, etc., and realizes zero discharge of water for paper pulp production. Produced paper pulp has excellent quality and no chemical toxin, and can be used for manufacturing of daily used paper like food package paper and medicine packing paper, etc.; besides the production process has no pollution. The method has high economic benefit and social benefit, and is a high-tech with value for ecological balance.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to a process for manufacturing paper pulp, in particular to a pulp production method using black rot fungus biodegradation combined with mechanical processing. Background technique [0002] The invention of paper has greatly promoted the development of a civilized society. At present, the average annual per capita paper consumption in the world is 81.4 kg, and the average annual per capita paper consumption in China is 64.3 kg. The total amount of paper consumption in China ranks first in the world. China produced 84.61 million tons of paper in 2010, of which 35.86 million tons of imported pulp, and the remaining pulp is mainly recycled paper. [0003] The commonly used papermaking production processes are mainly "alkali method" and "sulfite method", which use a large number of chemical raw materials to extract wheat straw, rice straw, reeds, asparagus, tobacco stem, bagasse, bamboo, wood and other raw materials. Of lignin to make paper...
