The preparation method comprises the following steps of: cultivating high-concentration trichoderma asperellum chlamydospores by using a culture medium with efficient composites in a liquid fermentation manner; mixing trichoderma asperellum chlamydospores serving as an active component with a microbial thallus protective agent, a disintegration agent and an adhesive; and pelletizing and drying to finally obtain the aqueous dispersible granules of biopesticide.
