By the surface treatment method, the lamination adhesive performance of the fluorine-containing resin film and EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) film can be improved, and accordingly problems of low peeling strength and poor durability after adhering of the fluorine-containing resin film and the EVA film are solved.
