Abstract

The bio-based methanol gasoline product stabilizer consists of an inhibition aldehyde acid component, an acid-alkali balancing component, a viscosity improving component, a distillation range improving component and a stable liquid-phase component, wherein the five functional components are uniformly stirred under the normal temperature to form the bio-based methanol gasoline product stabilizer finished product. Compared with the prior art, the bio-based methanol gasoline product stabilizer is obvious in stabilizing effect and incapable of bringing secondary pollution to the environment. When the moisture content of the bio-based methanol gasoline product stabilizer exceeds 10%, the oleyl alcohol phase stable period is still as long as 180 days, so that a problem that a fuel oil system and an engine must be regulated and optimized when the methanol content exceeds 85% is broken through. The prepared methanol gasoline has excellent water resistance, low temperature resistance, acid-alkali balancing resistance, stability of long-term stored oleyl alcohol as well as no emulsion phenomenon and no phase separation phenomenon while being mixed with the goods gasoline at any proportion, so that the combustion is more complete, and the emission of formaldehyde, the formic acid and the tail gas pollutants is reduced.
