Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing a liquid organic fertilizer from kitchen waste as a raw material. The method comprises the following steps: (1) a feeding process, namely classifying the kitchen waste, separating inorganic matters and organic matters mixed in the kitchen waste; (2) a fermenting process, namely feeding the organic matters to a fermentation cabin, mixing the organic matters with a little of saw dust and flora, degrading and liquefying after fermentation; (3) a fertilizer blending process, namely entering a liquefied material inside a fertilizer blending box to prepare into the liquid organic fertilizer through a transport conduit. The method has no demands on the moisture content of the kitchen waste; the organic matters directly enter inside the fermentation cabin to carry out fermentation reaction under absence of dry and wet proportioning and oil-water separation; the oil-water separation step is avoided. Air supply and oxygen supply are not needed in the fermentation process; no gas is discharged outside. The degraded liquefied product flows inside a liquid collecting tank in the fertilizer blending process; impurities on a filter net can be fed to the fermentation cabin to continue to ferment again. By adopting the method, the targets of small investment, low energy consumption, short cycle, and in-situ resourceful treatment of the waste are achieved.
