The cement-based grouting material disclosed by the invention has performance advantages such as higher injection-molding performance, initial fluidity not greater than 17s, impermeability not exceeding 1mm, wear resistance not exceeding 10cm<3>/cm<2>, compressive strength within 2 hours not lower than 5MPa, compressive strength within 1 day not lower than 30 MPa, and the like.
