Problems solved by technology

[0007] 3) Extremely frightened and jumped into the pond;
[0008] 4) prone to yellow gills, black gills, broken whiskers
But because in the process of prawn breeding, transportation or sales, the prawn stress response caused is usually not a single existence, and the existing technology for coping with prawn farming cannot meet the needs of the existing prawn industry development. Stress for further research

Abstract

The invention discloses a microbial preparation for resisting a stress reaction of a prawn. The microbial preparation comprises a compound microbial bacterium, wherein the compound microbial bacterium comprises the following bacteria in percentage by weight: 20-60 percent of bacillus subtilis, 10-50 percent of beer yeast, 3-40 percent of lactobacillus casei and 10-50 percent of rhodopseudomonas palustris. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the microbial preparation. The method comprises the following steps: respectively inoculating the four bacterial strains in corresponding culture media for enrichment culture to obtain bacteria; proportionally mixing the bacteria to obtain a compound microbial bacterium stock solution, and inoculating the compound microbial bacterium stock solution for fermentation to obtain the needed microbial preparation. The invention further discloses the application of the microbial preparation to any one prawn feed. Hydroxyl free radicals in the body of the prawn can be quickly removed by virtue of the microbial preparation, and the concentration of cortisol and the concentration of blood sugar in a serum are reduced, so that the influence of the stress reaction of the prawn on an organism is reduced, and the resistance of the prawn is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a prawn feed additive, in particular to a microbial preparation for anti-stress response of prawns which can be added to prawn feed and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] As people's consumption level is getting higher and higher, the requirements for the diversity and nutritional value of food are also increasing. Prawns are deeply loved by consumers because of their rich nutrition, soft meat, easy digestion, rich in magnesium, and beneficial to the cardiovascular system. Among them, Penaeus vannamei is one of the three largest prawn species with the highest aquaculture output in the world. First, due to its delicious meat quality, it is suitable for desalination farming, and has gradually become one of the main shrimp farming species in my country's aquatic products. [0003] In order to improve the productivity of prawn farming, intensive farming, transportation and sales are all adopted in the exist...
