Abstract

The system comprises a water inlet tank, a biological moving bed, an adjusting pond and an underground infiltration system, wherein the water inlet tank is communicated with the biological moving bed by virtue of a water inlet pump, a water outlet pipe connected with the biological moving bed is inserted into the bottom of the adjusting pond, and the adjusting pond is communicated with a water inlet of the underground infiltration system; the water inlet tank, the biological moving bed and the adjusting pond are arranged in an insulating greenhouse. The method comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out biofilm culturing in the biological moving bed; (2) introducing the northern rural domestic wastewater, introducing air into aerating heads of the biological moving bed by virtue of an air pump and introducing surface-source wastewater treated to the adjusting pond; and (3) introducing upper rinsing water on the top of the adjusting pond to the underground infiltration system.
