The invention also provides an organic substrate and an organic liquid fertilizer for planting vegetables and preparation methods of the organic substrate and the organic liquid fertilizer, wherein straws and chicken manures are used as raw materials, and prior period fermentation, late period decomposition and continuous wet compost are performed by using characteristics of symbiotic bacteria; the leachate is continuously extracted and supplied, and the organic liquid fertilizer is obtained by collection; and the organic liquid fertilizer is comprehensive in nutrient, balanced in fertilizer effects, and beneficial for absorption by plants.
