The method comprises the steps of: 1) raw material pretreatment: taking fresh Channa argus meat, conducting washing and grinding, then subjecting the ground meat to vacuum drying, and performing crushing so as to obtain Channa argus powder; 2) liquid-liquid extraction: adding an organic solvent I into the Channa argus powder, then fully mixing the substances evenly, conducting ice-bath ultrasonic extraction, then adding water to perform oscillation centrifugation, when the solution stratifies, removing the lower clear liquid; firstly drying the lower clear liquid, then performing redissolving with an organic solvent II to obtain a lipid crude extract, wherein the organic solvent I is a mixed solution of methanol and chloroform in a volume ratio of 1:0.5-2, and the organic solvent II is methanol; and 3) solid phase extraction: activating a diol silica gel solid phase extraction column, loading the crude extract sample, carrying out leaching and elution so as to obtain a purified phospholipid extract.
