Abstract

The method has the advantages that stirring is efficient, waste heat is utilized, an ultraviolet lamp catalyzes a redox reaction, the ultraviolet lamp is subjected to ultrasonic cleaning, and microbubbles are used for increasing the contact area and prolonging the contact time between O3 and the organic wastewater. The highly-concentrated organic wastewater and H2O2 forms a mixture, and the mixture enters a reaction treatment unit through a coiled pipeline on an ozonator for treatment. The method mainly comprises the steps that the mixture enters a microbubble generator; ozone generated by the ozonator is introduced into the microbubble generator, microbubbles are formed in the mixture, and part of the ozone is dissolved in the mixture; the mixture flowing out of the microbubble generator enters a reactor, the ultraviolet lamp in the reactor catalyzes the redox reaction in the reactor; the mixture flowing out of the reactor flows out from an outlet of the reaction treatment unit.
