Abstract

The invention relates to a composite fiber for medical dressing and a preparation method and application thereof. The composite fiber comprises a skin layer and a core layer, the core layer is polyvinyl alcohol and the skin layer comprises, by mass, 30 to 75 parts of carboxyethyl chitosan fibers, 10 to 20 parts of alginate fibers, 1 to 5 parts of aloe fibers, 1 to 5 parts of lemon peel extract, 3 to 8 parts of a lac pigment and 2 to 7 parts of a gardenia yellow pigment. The composite fiber adopts a skin-core structure. Through use of the lemon peel extract, lac pigment, gardenia yellow pigment and alginate fibers in carboxyethyl chitosan fibers, the composite fiber has excellent mechanical properties and antibacterial properties and has a staphylococcus aureus sterilization rate of 99.9%.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of textiles, in particular to a composite fiber for medical dressing and its preparation method and application. Background technique [0002] Chitin is a renewable resource second only to cellulose in reserves on the earth. Its deacetylated derivative, chitosan, has good biocompatibility, biodegradability, hemostasis, and promotion of wound healing. Absorbable surgical sutures, wound dressings, drug carrier materials, artificial skin and other tissue engineering scaffold materials have broad application prospects. [0003] Dissolve chitosan in organic acid or inorganic acid to form viscous colloid. After spinning, coagulation, washing, drying and other processes, chitosan fiber can be obtained, which can be used to prepare wound dressings. Japanese Open Patent Gazette (JP60,059,123, 1985), Chinese Patent Publication No. CN1129748A, date of publication is August 28, 1996, invention name is "deacetylated chi...
