The invention relates to a new process for extracting high-purity gardenia yellow pigment by a membrane separation and purification technology. The new process comprises processes of purified water leaching, crude separation and impurity removal, membrane separation and purification, and membrane concentration. After purified water extraction and ultrasonic assisted extraction, raw gardenia is separated by three centrifuges with different specifications and then obtained leaching liquor enters a membrane separation, purification and concentration system which consists of a microfiltration membrane (MF), an ultrafiltration membrane (UF), a nano-filtration membrane (NF) and a reverse osmosis membrane (RO), thus an OD value of the obtained gardenia yellow pigment can be controlled below 0.4 and color number can be increased to be more than 400. The finished product obtained by the process has no residual organic solvent and completely meets technical requirements for exporting to developed countries, including Europe and America, etc. as well as developed areas. The invention discloses an extraction method of gardenia yellow pigment, comprising the steps of: (A) crushing peeled gardenia to obtain gardenia particles, adding water to the gardenia particles and leaching the gardenia particles to obtain leachate; (2) carrying out solid-liquid separation on the leachate to obtain supernatant, and carrying out microfiltration on the supernatant to obtain first filtrate; (C) adsorbing gardenia yellow pigment in the first filtrate utilizing resin, and eluting the resin to obtain eluate; and (D) carrying out ultrafiltration on the eluate to obtain second filtrate, and finally drying the second filtrate to obtain gardenia yellow pigment. By utilizing the extraction method disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, gardenia yellow pigment with high color number, high purity, high quality and long storage life can be obtained; and the obtained gardenia yellow pigment does not turn into green or grey after long-term storage.

The invention relates to an extraction and separation method for geniposide and gardenia yellow with high yield and high purity. The invention provides a highly-efficient mild aqueous two-phase technology to realize synchronous separation and purification of the geniposide and the gardenia yellow. The method comprises the following steps: preparing gardenia extract by using gardenia fruit powder as a raw material, then subjecting the obtained gardenia extract to extraction and separation through a multistage low-molecular alcohol-salt aqueous two-phase system, carrying out concentration and drying so as to obtain primary geniposide and gardenia yellow crystals, and carrying out recrystallization so as to obtain geniposide crystal with purity of more than 98.5% and gardenia yellow crystal with a color value of 535. The method provided by the invention has the advantages of simple operation, greenness, high efficiency, economy, time conversation and facilitation to enlargement. Meanwhile, the method initiates application of an aqueous two-phase extraction technology in synchronous separation of the gardenia yellow and the geniposide, and improves separation and purification efficiencies of the geniposide and the gardenia yellow.

The invention discloses a method for extracting gardenia yellow pigment from a gardeniae longicarpae fruit, which comprises the following steps of: feeding gardeniae longicarpae fruit powder and a solid-phase reagent in a ball grinding mill for ball milling to be uniform; taking out powder formed by ball milling; adding water in the powder formed by ball milling; fully stirring and uniformly mixing, filtering and obtaining supernate; feeding the supernate to a macroporous resin chromatography column; eluting with 60 percent by weight of ethanol aqueous solution; collecting an eluent; condensing and evaporating to remove a solvent; drying and feeding the mixed solution to pass through the macroporous resin chromatography column; condensing and evaporating to remove the solvent; and drying to obtain the gardenia yellow pigment. The method disclosed by the invention is based on an extraction technology of mechanochemical reactions; and the solid-phase reagent used by the method can be selectively combined with the gardenia yellow pigment. Compared with a traditional extraction technology, the extraction rate and the purity of products can be improved by 10-20 percentage points.

The invention relates to a method for separating and purifying geniposide by using an isopropanol-salt double-aqueous-phase system. The invention provides an efficient and gentle method for separating and purifying geniposide by using a double-aqueous-phase technique. The method comprises the following steps: producing a waste gardenia yellow liquid from a cape jasmine fruit raw material, performing extraction separation and concentration drying on the waste gardenia yellow liquid by using the isopropanol-salt double-aqueous-phase system, thereby obtaining a primary geniposide crystal product, and further recrystallizing, thereby obtaining geniposide crystal of which the purity is greater than 98.5%. By adopting the method, a natural geniposide product with high purity is separated and purified from a medical resource for both food and medicine. The method is simple and convenient to operate, environmentally friendly, high in efficiency, economical, time-saving and easy to amplify. The method is not only used for widening the double-aqueous-phase system for extracting geniposide and improving the efficiency in separating and purifying geniposide, but also is used for extracting and producing other pigments.

The present invention discloses a preparing method of gardenia yellow pigment, which comprises the following steps: powder of gardenia fruit after being crashed is extracted in ethanol water in a super-sound reverse current way; filter liquid and filter residue are obtained by filtering after being extracted; the filter liquid is processed in a micro-filtration way, and then, is purified by macroporous resin to obtain gardenia yellow pigment solution; the ethanol content in the ethanol water is 40 % to 60%; a ratio of the powder to the ethanol water is 1kg to (5-7) L; and the temperature of the ethanol water is 47 to 53 DEG C. The titer of the gardenia yellow pigment obtained by the preparing method of gardenia yellow pigment is high.
