The dried porcine soluble product comprises the following components of water of which the content is 6.0-10.0wt%, crude protein of which the content is greater than or equal to 50.0wt%, crude fat of which the content is smaller than or equal to 3.0wt%, crude ash of which the content is smaller than or equal to 18.0wt%, table salt of which the content is smaller than or equal to 5.0wt%, free ammonia of which the content is smaller than or equal to 1.0wt%, and small peptide which is smaller than 2000 dalton and of which the content is greater than or equal to 10.0wt%, and protein hydrolysate which is greater than or equal to 45.0wt%.
