Embodiment 1
[0042] This embodiment relates to a synthesis method of a block copolymer containing a branched alkoxy ether and a cholesterol moiety. The water homopolymer is used as a macromolecular initiator to polymerize acrylate monomers containing cholesterol units through RAFT polymerization again to obtain block copolymers. Specific steps are as follows:
[0043] 1. Synthesis of homopolymers containing branched alkoxyether units
[0044] Under nitrogen protection, in a 10mL Schlenk reaction tube, add branched alkoxyether monomer (1g), RAFT reagent (40mg), AIBN (0.6mg) and 1,4-dioxane (1,4-dioxane, 1mL ). After removing water and oxygen, react at 80°C for 6 hours. After the reaction was completed, dichloromethane was added to fully dissolve the reaction solution, precipitated in diethyl ether three times, and vacuum-dried to obtain an alkoxy ether homopolymer (641 mg), with a yield of 64.1%. H NMR spectra of polymers see figure 1 .

Embodiment 2
[0050] This embodiment relates to the preparation of a polymer nanomaterial. The preparation method uses both the hydrophilic and hydrophobic interactions of polymers and liquid crystal-driven self-assembly as the driving force for assembly. see figure 2 The structural formula of the middle block polymer, wherein the block containing the branched alkoxy ether unit is a hydrophilic segment, and the block containing a cholesterol unit is a hydrophobic segment. The specific preparation method is as Figure 4 Shown: The block copolymer is dissolved in dioxane at a concentration range of 0.01wt%-0.1wt%. The polymer solution was placed in a constant temperature water bath (5°C). After the temperature of the system was balanced, deionized water was slowly added until the volume ratio of the organic phase to the water phase was 1. The aqueous phase solution of the polymer nanomaterial is prepared by removing the organic phase by dialysis. The preparation conditions of a polymer na...
Embodiment 3
[0052] The alkoxyether homopolymer prepared as in Example 1 has temperature-stimuli-responsive properties. The quantitative characterization of the phase transition temperature is carried out as follows: the homopolymer of the alkoxy ether is dissolved in deionized water to prepare an aqueous phase solution with a concentration of 0.25 wt%. Utilize an ultraviolet / visible spectrophotometer (UV / Vis) to test the turbidity of the aqueous solution at different temperatures, and the temperature changing speed is preferably 0.2° C. / min. See results image 3 , the solution dehydrated and aggregated at 42°C during the heating process, resulting in a rapid decrease in the permeability of the solution, and rehydrated at 39°C during the cooling process to become a good dispersion system.
