Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: 1) nickel base alloy powder is prepared according to a formula of a nickel base alloy; and 2) a nanometer refining agent is added in the nickel base alloy powder prepared in the step 1); the adding quantity of the refining agent is 0.2-2% of the mass of the nickel base alloy powder prepared in the step 1); and the nickel base alloy powder added with the refining agent is put in a V-shaped powder mixing machine for stirring until the alloypowder is uniformly mixed, so that the nickel base alloy powder added with the refining agent is obtained.
