Abstract

The present invention discloses a compound feed for growing and fattening pigs for reducing ammonia gas emission and a preparation method thereof. The feed comprises 55-75 parts by weight of corn, 5-15 parts by weight of fermented soybean meal, 8-15 parts by weight of rice bran meal, 0-3 parts by weight of soybean oil, 0-8 parts by weight of flour, 3-10 parts by weight of corn distillers dried grains with soluble (DDGS), 0.5-1.5 parts by weight of stone powder, 0.5-1.5 parts by weight of bentonite, 0.3-0.8 part by weight of calcium hydrogen phosphate, 2.0-2.5 parts by weight of a premix for finishing pig growing and fattening pigs and 0.06 part by weight of a plant composition premix agent. The plant composition premix agent comprises a lauraceae plant extract, a yucca plant extract and tea leaf residues. On a basis of studying production source of ammonia gas in growing and fattening pig houses, the compound feed fully satisfies the growth and nutrition needs of the growing and fattening pigs. A low-protein daily diet preparation technology is used; and the plant extract premix agent is added, thereby effectively reducing the ammonia gas emission, improving the environment of thehouses, and reducing breeding losses.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of feed processing, and in particular relates to a compound feed for fattening pigs with reduced ammonia gas emission and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of large-scale and intensive animal husbandry, the odor generated in the production of pig farming has continuously aggravated the environmental pollution. Odor mainly includes ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, indole and esters. The volatilization of ammonia not only leads to waste of nitrogen, but also causes serious pollution to the pig farm and the surrounding environment. On the one hand, ammonia gas is a colorless alkaline gas with a pungent smell, which is highly irritating to the eyes and mucous membranes of the respiratory tract, and will affect the respiratory system and damage the nervous system of pigs. On the other hand, ammonia gas is one of the main stressors causing pig herd stress, which will reduce t...
