Abstract

The method comprises the steps as follows: (1) dissolving a film forming substrate in water under the heating condition of 40-70 DEG C, adding a crosslinking agent after complete dissolution, and conducting a crosslinking reaction under the heating condition of 62-85 DEG C; (2) after the crosslinking reaction in step (1) is finished and a mixed solution is cooled to the room temperature, firstly, adding a nonionic surfactant, a dispersant and a defoaming agent to the mixed solution to be stirred, slowly adding a photocatalyst, and fully and uniformly stirring the mixture to obtain a finished product, namely, the dust depressor. The prepared dust depressor can effectively depress flying of rising dust on road surfaces and fix PM2.5 and NOx to a great extent and is long in service life and convenient to use.
