A composite microbial inoculum is obtained by uniformly mixing the microbial inoculum. The compound microbial agent prepared by the invention is suitable for innocuous treatment and resource utilization of waste resources produced in agricultural production, such as livestock manure and straw, for high-temperature compost organic fertilizer.
