Embodiment Construction

[0016] A preparation method for a modified nano-cellulose bentonite composite material for printing and dyeing wastewater treatment, comprising the following specific steps:

[0017] (1) Wash, degrease, and dry the collected sunflower seed shells, crush them and pass through an 80-mesh sieve for use. Disperse the sunflower seed shell powder in distilled water according to the material-to-liquid ratio of 1:10, boil for 10 minutes and serve hot Filtration, adding 10 times the amount of the obtained filter residue to a sodium hydroxide solution with a concentration of 3wt%, adjusting the pH to 11, placing it in a water bath at 80°C for 3.5 hours, filtering, washing the filter residue with water to neutrality; Put the filter residue into 10 times the amount of 10wt% hydrochloric acid solution, adjust the pH to 1, place it in a water bath at 60°C for 2 hours, take it out and filter, wash the filter residue with water until it is neutral; add the filter residue three times into 2wt% ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of modified nano cellulose bentonite composite material for treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater. The preparation method comprises the steps of: firstly extracting cellulose of sunflower seed hull by using an acid-extraction alkali-extraction process, and modifying bentonite by using polyacrylamide, so as to enable a part of polyacrylamide intercalated structure to be embedded into sheet layers of bentonite, and further to provide more sites and surface pores, improve the adsorption performance and later progress of a grafting reaction. According to the invention, cellulose is dispersed in urea, then modification of ammonium persulfate and polyacrylamide-modified bentonite is carried out, thus reaction of cellulose chains is initiated bythe ammonium persulfate, hydroxyl on the cellulose chains after reaction initiation is grafted to polyacrylamide, and after grafting polymerization for a certain period of time, amide groups are successfully introduced, so that the composite material with dual effects of adsorption and flocculation is obtained. For treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater, the composite material still maintainsexcellent flocculation performance while has improved decoloring performance, has excellent effect on actual comprehensive treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater, and is worthy of promotion.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of bentonite, in particular to a preparation method of a modified nano-cellulose bentonite composite material used for printing and dyeing wastewater treatment. Background technique [0002] Textile printing and dyeing is a traditional industry in my country, which discharges a large amount of printing and dyeing wastewater every year. The main components of printing and dyeing wastewater include dyes, size, additives, acid and alkali, fiber impurities and inorganic salts, etc., which have the characteristics of complex components, high concentration and chroma, difficult to degrade, and difficult to treat with a single method. At present, the treatment methods of printing and dyeing wastewater include biochemical method, ion exchange method, flocculation sedimentation method, adsorption method and so on. Among them, flocculation sedimentation is widely used due to its advantages such as simple process, low...
