Abstract

The invention discloses a serum-free medium of human adipose stem cells. The serum-free medium comprises main components such as amino acids, inorganic salt components, a growth factor and albumin. The invention provides the serum-free medium of the human adipose stem cells, which does not contain animal-derived components and can completely realize serum-free culture of the stem cells.
