The method comprises: taking vegetable oil, and placing in a glassware, wherein the thickness of the oil layer is controlled at 1.5-3 cm, the length of an irradiation zone is 0.5-1.5 m, and the flow rate is 3-10 m<2> / h; irradiating the vegetable oil by using near ultraviolet wavelength (UVA waveband, wavelength of 375-390 nm) excitation fluorescence to detoxify; and after the ultraviolet excitation fluorescence irradiation, detoxifying the vegetable oil by using a magnesium silicate gel column.
