Embodiment

[0015] (1) Ultrasonic dispersion of 50 mg GO in 100 mL pure water to obtain a uniform GO dispersion.

[0016] (2) Add 100 μL EDC and 150 μL MA to the dispersion, and stir at room temperature for 24 hours to make GO and MA fully react.

[0017] (3) Centrifuge the stirred mixture (10000rad, 10min), and discard the supernatant. Repeat the operation 4 times. Finally, the lower sediment was placed in an oven at 70°C for about 24 hours to remove water molecules, and the GO / MA nanocomposite was prepared.

[0018] (4) Dry the PVDF powder in an oven (70°C, 24h), and dissolve the PVDF powder in a dimethylacetamide (DMAc) solution under continuous stirring to prepare a casting solution. The composition of the casting solution is 20wt% PVDF and 80% DMAc.

[0019] (5) Stir the casting solution for 24 hours at 20°C until the added powder is completely dissolved.

[0020] (6) Place the uniformly stirred casting solution overnight to remove bubbles, and use an automatic film scraping machine (Elcome...

Abstract

The invention discloses an anti-biological pollution composite membrane modified by using quinolone signal molecule inhibitor and preparation method thereof, and belongs to the field of membrane method water treatment. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) subjecting a quinolone (PQS) signal molecule inhibitor methyl anthranilate (MA) and a nano-material graphene oxide (GO) to adehydration condensation reaction so as to prepare a stable nano-composite material GO / MA; 2) carrying out blending treatment, and adding the GO / MA nano composite material and polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF) into a solvent to prepare a membrane casting solution; and 3) carrying out phase conversion treatment to prepare the GO / MA-PVDF modified composite membrane. A series of optimization experiments prove that the water flux of the GO / MA-PVDF composite membrane prepared by the invention is obviously improved to 150 L / m<2>*h*bar. The flux reduction amplitude of the modified GO / MA-PVDF compositemembrane is reduced by 27% compared with that of a PVDF membrane, the contents of biological membrane component protein and polysaccharide on the surface of the modified membrane are reduced by 67% and 39% respectively, and the number of cells is reduced by 72%. The results prove that the modified composite membrane has biological pollution resistance.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to an anti-biological pollution composite membrane modified by a quinolone (PQS) signal molecule inhibitor and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a preparation method of a high-performance anti-biological pollution water treatment membrane. The invention belongs to the field of membrane technology water treatment and membrane anti-biological pollution. Background technique [0002] In recent years, membrane separation technology has been widely used in drinking water and sewage treatment. However, the increase in transmembrane osmotic pressure caused by membrane fouling, the decrease in membrane flux and rejection rate, and the increase in chemical cleaning frequency, shorten the service life of the membrane, increase the operating cost, and limit the wide application of membrane technology. Membrane pollution mainly includes inorganic pollution, organic pollution, colloidal pollution and biological pollution. Among them,...
