Abstract

The preparation method of the composite microbial inoculum comprises the steps of performing independent strain activation on strains with an activation culture medium; and mixing activated strains, to obtain mixed seed liquid, and performing fermentation culture with a fermentation culture medium to obtain the composite microbial inoculum, wherein the strains comprise bacillus pumilus, flavobacterium breve, nitrosomonas, rhodospirillum rubrum and nocardin rhodnii. The composite microbial inoculum is prepared by the preparation method of the composite microbial inoculum. The composite microbial inoculum is used for river pollution abatement.
