Problems solved by technology

When the drug is administered to the skin, the insoluble drug phloretin in the coating solution will be released and precipitated rapidly, and the action time on the skin surface is short, and the skin cannot absorb it, which eventually leads to poor skin anti-inflammatory effect of phloretin

Abstract

The invention relates to a thermosensitive gel preparation of phloretin as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The thermosensitive gel preparation of the phloretin is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of phloretin, 10-30 parts of an oil phase, 10-30 parts of an surfactant, 5-15 parts of a thermosensitive gel, and 5-10 parts of a solvent; and the average particle size of the thermosensitive gel preparation of the phloretin is 50-200nm. The thermosensitive gel preparation of the phloretin disclosed by the invention has appropriate averagegranular particle size, so that suitable gel transition temperature is ensured; and thus, the thermosensitive gel preparation of the phloretin is better matched with skin temperature on the body surface. The thermosensitive gel preparation of the phloretin is flowing liquid at room temperature; however, gel which is not liable to freely flow can be formed when the thermosensitive gel preparationof the phloretin is applied to the skin surface so as to prevent the phloretin from rapid loss on the skin surface, thereby ensuring relatively long acting time of the phloretin on the skin surface soas to improve transdermal absorption of the phloretin. Thus, very good skin anti-inflammatory effects can be achieved.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of gel preparations, and specifically relates to a temperature-sensitive gel preparation of phloretin. The invention also relates to a preparation method and application of the temperature-sensitive gel preparation of phloretin. Background technique [0002] Phloretin (Phloretin, Ph), the chemical name is trihydroxyphenol acetone 2,4,6-trihydroxy-3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)propiophenone. Phloretin is a natural flavonoid compound, which is mainly distributed in the peel and root bark of juicy fruits such as apples and pears, as well as a variety of vegetable juices. Because it has the effects of whitening and removing acne, anti-oxidation, and anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory immunity, anti-cardiovascular disease and many other curative effects. As a functional ingredient in preparations or compositions, phloretin has a broad application prospect in the fields of health care products, cosmetics and biomedicine. The structure of phlo...
