Embodiment 1

[0030] A purification method of chromatographically pure acetone, the method steps are:

[0031] (1) Adsorption step 1: Put the acetone raw material into the modified zeolite molecular sieve adsorption column for adsorption and filtration, and control the adsorption flow rate to 100-500mL / min.

[0032] (2) Adsorption step 2: inject the acetone sample liquid after adsorption and removal of impurities into the modified graphene material for adsorption and filtration, and control the adsorption flow rate to 100-500mL / min.

[0033] (3) Oxidation: Pour the acetone sample liquid after adsorption and filtration into the oxidation reaction kettle, add IBX oxidant according to the mass ratio of the acetone sample liquid at 0.3% to 0.8%, control the temperature of the heat transfer oil at 100°C to 150°C, and the reflux ratio of 2 : 1 to 8 and other process conditions, collecting fractions at 55 to 60°C.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for purifying chromatographically pure acetone. The method comprises the following steps: (1) adsorbing, filtering and removing unsaturated hydrocarbon impurities such as diisopropylbenzene and the like in an acetone raw material by utilizing a modified zeolite molecular sieve; (2) adsorbing and removing acidic impurities such as phenol and the like in the acetoneraw material by utilizing a modified graphene material; (3) oxidizing the isopropanol and other alcohol impurities in acetone into ketones through an IBX oxidizing agent; and (4) adsorbing and removing the trace metal ion impurities in acetone by using a chitosan hydrogel composite adsorbent, drying, rectifying, filtering, and carrying out nitrogen filling. According to the invention, the chitosan hydrogel is used as a trace metal adsorbent, the IBX oxidizing agent is used, a proper amount of hydrogen peroxide is added as the oxidizing agent, acrolein is preferentially oxidized into acrylic acid by utilizing the oxidizing agent, and then the acrolein impurity can be removed through the rectification process, so that the chromatographic acetone product with the purity of more than or equalto 99.9% is obtained, wherein the water content can reach less than 0.1%, the purity is more than 99.9%, and the yield is more than or equal to 93%.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of chemical reagents and relates to a purification technology, in particular to a purification method of chromatographically pure acetone. Background technique [0002] Acetone is a very common high-purity solvent, which has the advantages of colorless and stable chemical properties; acetone has good solubility and is mainly used in the production of epoxy resin, polycarbonate, organic glass, medicine, pesticides, etc. It is also a good solvent, used in coatings, adhesives, acetylene in steel cylinders, etc. Also used as diluent, cleaning agent, extractant. [0003] At present, acetone is widely used in paint, fuel, medicine, chemical industry and other industries. The production methods of acetone mainly include isopropanol method, cumene method, fermentation method, acetylene hydration method and propylene direct oxidation method, etc. The industrial production of acetone is mainly based on cumene method. Most ac...
