The fertilizing method comprises the following steps: acquisition of the bio-organic fertilizer: fermenting cassava lees generated in the alcohol production process and having undergone fermentation, and adding strains into the fermented cassava lees; S2, application of the bio-organic fertilizer: applying the bio-organic fertilizer obtained in S1 as a base fertilizer into soil; and S3, topdressing of water and fertilizer: in the later period of crop growth,and spraying the water and fertilizer as topdressing fertilizer on crop leaves by using a foliar fertilizer application method once every 5-7 days, wherein the spraying is performed three times in total. The method provided by the invention not only can meet the requirements of crops on nutrition, but also does not destroy the soil structure, and can reduce diseases and insect pests.
