Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method and application of an animal marrow effective part. Raw materials in the method are fresh marrows contained in animal bones in slaughter houses of cattle,sheep, horses, camels or other animals, wherein a preparation method of a horse marrow effective component and application of the horse marrow effective component to osteoporosis are mainly used. According to the method, horse marrows are subjected to liquid nitrogen freezing, grinding, crushing, sieving, separation and petroleum ether degreasing treatment, water is used as a solvent, effective components in the horse marrows are extracted, and extracting solution is subjected to centrifugation, concentration, absolute ethyl alcohol precipitation, centrifugation and vacuum freezing drying toprepare crude extract; and the crude extract is respectively subjected to dialysis as well as separation and purification of ion exchange resin and the like to prepare the horse marrow effective component.
