The preparation method comprises the following steps of weighing the chondroitin sulfate, the gelatin and the hyaluronic acid, performing dissolution in 50 mL of a phosphate buffer solution, slowly adding 5 mL of the methacrylic anhydride, and reacting in an environment with the temperature of 58-62 DEG C for 3 hours; putting reaction liquid into a dialysis bag, performing dialysis in deionized water of 50 DEG C, filtering the liquid in the dialysis bag, collecting a filtrate, and performing freeze-drying and storage; and mixing a cartilage repairing agent precursor with the polyethylene glycol.
