Valuable resource substances (metal and plastic) in garbage are sorted out and recycled by utilizing a mechanical treatment technology, inert incombustibles such as gravels and glass are made into building materials, and remaining paper, wood, organic biomass and the like are made into stable high-quality fuel (RDF) for utilization, so that the effects of garbage recycling and reduction treatment are achieved.
