The invention relates to uniform molecularly imprinted polymer microspheres for use as a zeranol selective adsorbent. With an average particle size of 1 micrometer to 300 micrometers and a particle size distribution coefficient C.V. of not greater than 15%, the molecularly imprinted polymer microspheres are prepared by the method of: taking a structural analog cyclododecyl 2, 4-dihydroxybenzoate (CDHB) of zeranol as a template molecule, employing a microfluidic device to prepare microspheres of molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) of CDHB (CDHB-MIPs), with the microspheres characterized by good particle size uniformity and good selective absorption capacity for zeranol; placing the microfluidic device containing multiple micro channels below the liquid level of a continuous phase, making the continuous phase flow at a certain rotating speed, driving a disperse phase solution with CDHB into the microfluidic device by an injection pump, generating an emulsion when the disperse phase enters the continuous phase through the micro channels, curing the emulsion droplets so as to obtain polymer microspheres, eluting the polymer microspheres to remove the template molecule, thus obtaining the molecularly imprinted polymer microspheres of CDHB. Specifically, the disperse phase includes the template molecule CDHB, a functional monomer, a cross-linking agent, an initiator and a porogenic solvent, while the continuous phase contains water and a dispersing agent.
