The invention provides an
aviation transient electromagnetic
transmitter and a control method thereof, and the
transmitter comprises a power supply module which provides a required
voltage for the
transmitter, an
energy storage module which improves the instantaneous output power of the transmitter, a
resonance circuit which controls the edge of a transmitting current waveform of the transmitter, and an
inverter circuit which realizes positive and negative
pulse transmission. The protection circuit realizes
overvoltage,
overcurrent and overheating protection, the damping module eliminates turn-off oscillation of the transmitter, the synchronization module realizes synchronous work of the transmitter and other instruments and equipment, the
signal generator generates a
control signal required by the drive circuit, and the drive circuit generates a drive
signal required by the
inverter circuit. The auxiliary charging circuit is used for pre-charging the
voltage of the
resonance circuit to a set value so as to shorten the rising edge time of an emission current waveform and supplement energy consumed by emission, and the current monitoring circuit monitors the emission current waveform in real time and feeds back the emission current waveform to the power supply module to adjust the
power supply voltage. According to the
electromagnetic pulse transmitter and the control method thereof, accurate control on the waveform of the transmitted current can be realized.
