A method of multicolor immunofluorescence staining and imaging

The application provides application of a compound shown in formula (III) in multicolor immunofluorescence staining. The method can be used for marking a plurality of different fluorescent dyes on a plurality of antigens in a sample, and then the fluorescent dyes in the last round of staining can be eluted through an elution process, so that a new round of multicolor immunofluorescence marking can be started. The marked sample can be used for imaging by instruments and equipment such as a fluorescence microscope or a laser confocal microscope, and after software synthesis, the sample marked by a plurality of different colors can be displayed.
