The invention belongs to the technical field of aquatic
pathogenic microorganism products, and particularly relates to an in-vitro culture method of enterospora hepatopenaei. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining purified spores of enterospora hepatopenaei; the method comprises the following steps: inoculating purified spores of enterospora hepatopenaei into a host
cell being cultured for infection to obtain a host
cell sample infected with enterospora hepatopenaei; and detecting the proliferation and maturation of the purified spores of the enterospora hepatopenaei in the host
cell sample infected with the enterospora hepatopenaei by using a
fluorescent staining method. The method provided by the invention provides a key technical platform for
basic research, pathogenic
mechanism analysis,
drug screening and vaccine development of the
shrimp enterospora hepatopenaei, has the advantages of convenience in acquisition of experimental materials, simplicity and convenience in operation, high
repeatability and the like, and is suitable for in-vitro culture and proliferation of the
pathogen in a laboratory.
