The invention discloses a preventive training
system and method for
shoulder joint injury of volleyball
athletes, and the method comprises the steps: building a limb coordinate
system with a
trunk as a reference, and calculating the relative
pose parameters of an intelligent
inertial measurement unit under the coordinate
system; then, based on the relative
pose parameters and a predefined
shoulder joint anatomical model, the instant rotation center of the
shoulder joint is determined; according to the rotation center, constructing a
trajectory optimization model based on the relationship between the position of the
intelligent sensor and the skeleton structure, and optimizing and determining the initial fixing position of the intelligent
inertial measurement unit on the limb of the patient by taking minimization of interference of
soft tissue movement on inertial data measurement as a target; and finally, on the basis of the optimized
fixed position, continuously collecting complete
training action data through an
intelligent sensor, reconstructing a three-dimensional motion track of the shoulder joint, and outputting a joint
motion range which is used for
rehabilitation evaluation and takes the
trunk as a reference and a motion smoothness parameter which is subjected to filtering
processing. According to the scheme, accurate capturing of the three-dimensional motion trail in shoulder
joint injury training can be achieved.
