This invention provides a
crayfish tail posture adjustment device and method, aiming to solve the problem of low
processing efficiency in the mechanized
processing of
crayfish meat, where the feeding process of
crayfish tails in the same posture is still done manually. This invention mainly includes a conveyor base, a main conveyor device, a feeding device, a sorting component, and a
discharge conveyor device. This invention utilizes the product's center of gravity to slide to both sides for
discharge, reducing damage to the crayfish tails during posture adjustment and ensuring their quality. Secondly, by rationally setting the depth, width, and length of the belt partition, it ensures that only one crayfish
tail can be accommodated in the feeding chamber, achieving single-
tail sorting. In this invention, the coordinated work of the main conveyor device and the sorting component utilizes the characteristic that the crayfish tail's center of gravity is located on the head side, causing the crayfish tail to tilt and slide onto the outer
conveyor belt, thereby achieving posture adjustment. This invention can sort and arrange crayfish tails, ensuring that they are transported in the same posture, guaranteeing the consistency of
raw material feeding during mechanical
processing.
