This invention relates to the field of microbial
fermentation feed technology, and discloses a zero-
wastewater feed ingredient production method based on two-stage
fermentation. The method includes inoculating *Bacillus bellis* into a liquid
fermentation medium for liquid fermentation to obtain a liquid fermentation mixture; centrifuging all of the liquid fermentation mixture to obtain *Bacillus bellis* cells and collecting the supernatant containing the remaining *Bacillus bellis*; adding
yeast and
lactic acid bacteria to the collected supernatant, then mixing it with
solid fermentation raw materials to form a
solid-liquid mixture; adding
purified water or
solid fermentation raw materials to control the fermentation
moisture content; and then fermenting the
moisture-adjusted solid-liquid mixture under sealed conditions to obtain a pre-fermented mixture as the feed ingredient. This invention avoids
wastewater generation during the production process and improves the
digestive enzyme activity of the product.
