The invention relates to a display module which comprises a backlight module and a display module. A light conversion module is further included and comprises a peeping preventing layer and a light conversion layer. The peeping preventing layer and the light conversion layer are arranged between the backlight module and the display module and sequentially arranged in the light emitting direction of the backlight module. The peeping preventing layer comprises a transparent insulation film, a peeping preventing structure and a first transparent conductive film shared by the light conversion layer. The transparent insulation film is attached to the backlight module. The peeping preventing structure is arranged between the transparent insulation film and the first transparent conductive film and fixed to the transparent insulation film and is perpendicular to the backlight module. The light conversion layer comprises a first transparent conductive film, a second transparent conductive film and liquid crystals, and the space between the first transparent conductive film and the second transparent conductive film is filled with the liquid crystals. The display module can be switched between a visible sharing function and a peeping preventing function and is small in thickness. The invention further relates to a convertible peeping preventing displayer.
