Main equipment adopted by the invention comprises an atmospheric pressure rectification column, a reflux tank, a heat exchanger, a compressive heat pump, a decompressed rectification column and the like; 3 to 90 percent feed liquid of raw materials is thickened by the atmospheric pressure rectification column and rectified by the decompressed rectification column to obtain the absolute ethanol with mass concentration of over 99.5 percent; in the process, heat in steam at the tops of the columns and waste heat at the bottom of the columns (low-grade heat) are fully used as reboiler heat source to preheat the raw materials; the decompressed rectification column does not need extra heat source so as to reduce the steam consumption for producing the absolute ethanol of mass unit by 30 to 50 percent; and the loss of the ethanol is less than 0.005 to 0.15 percent.
