Embodiment 1

[0035] Weigh 2g Montanov68, 8g DISM Ester, 1.5g Transctuol P, 0.25g ferulic acid, melt in a 65°C water bath to obtain oil phase solution A. Weigh 0.05g of hyaluronic acid, 3g of glycerin, 0.25g of ligustrazine, and 0.05g of methylparaben, and dissolve at 65°C to obtain aqueous phase B. Add solution A to solution B and homogenize for 10 minutes to obtain solution C. When solution C was cooled to room temperature, Sepiplus 400 was added and stirred for 10 minutes to obtain the target product whitening cream.

[0036] Embodiment 1 in vitro percutaneous test

[0037] Anesthetize a male rat of about 180g-220g with 20% urethane solution, cut off the abdominal hair, carefully remove the remaining fine hair with an electric shaver, kill the rat by cervical dislocation, peel off the skin, and remove the subcutaneous fat. Rinse with normal saline and store at -30°C for later use.

[0038] The transdermal absorption test was carried out in a vertical diffusion cell, the temperature of...

Embodiment 2

[0050] Weigh 2g of Montanov68, 10g of DISM Ester, 1g of Transctuol P, 0.3g of ferulic acid, melt in a 65°C water bath to obtain oil phase solution A. Weigh 0.05g of hyaluronic acid, 2g of glycerin, 0.25g of ligustrazine, and 0.03g of methylparaben, and dissolve at 65°C to obtain aqueous phase B. Add solution A to solution B and homogenize for 10 minutes to obtain solution C. When solution C was cooled to room temperature, Sepiplus 400 was added and stirred for 10 minutes to obtain the target product whitening cream.

Embodiment 3

[0052] Weigh 2.5g Montanov68, 10g DISM Ester, 1.5g Transctuol P, 0.25g ferulic acid, melt in a 70°C water bath to obtain oil phase solution A. Weigh 0.08g of hyaluronic acid, 3g of glycerin, 0.3g of ligustrazine, and 0.03g of methylparaben, and dissolve at 70°C to obtain aqueous phase B. Add solution A to solution B and homogenize for 10 minutes to obtain solution C. When solution C was cooled to room temperature, Sepiplus 400 was added and stirred for 10 minutes to obtain the target product whitening cream.

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and relates to compound ligustrazine ferulate whitening cream and a preparation method and application thereof. In the whitening cream of the invention, plant extracts capable of effectively inhibiting tyrosinase activity, namely ferulic acid and ligustrazine, are served as a whitening agent in preparing the cosmetics. The raw material composition of the moisturizing and whitening cream taking the ferulic acid and the ligustrazine as the whitening agent consists of the following raw materials: emulsifier, grease, TranscutolP, hyaluronic acid, glycerol, the ferulic acid, the ligustrazine, thickener, antiseptic and water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing the emulsifier, the grease, enhancer with the ferulic acid, and melting the mixture through water bath at temperature of 80 DEG C to obtain an oil phase A; dissolving moisturizer, the ligustrazine and the antiantiseptic in the water through hot water bath to obtain a water phase B; adding solution A into solution B, and homogenizing to obtain solution C; and adding the thickener into the solution C after the solution C is cooled to room temperature, and stirring to obtain the whitening cream.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and relates to a compound ferulic acid ligustrazine whitening cream, in particular to ferulic acid and ligustrazine as a tyrosinase inhibitor, in particular to ferulic acid and ligustrazine [0002] Oxyzine is used as a whitening agent in whitening cosmetics. Background technique [0003] The color of normal skin is determined by hemoglobin (oxidized and reduced state), carotene and melanin, the determinant of which is melanin, which is the main barrier against UV damage to the skin. Tyrosinase is a key enzyme in the formation of melanin. Under the catalysis of tyrosinase, tyrosine in melanocytes is gradually oxidized to dopa, dopaquinone, dopachrome, and 5,6-dihydroxyindole , indole-5, 6-quinone, and then form pigment granules. Studies have confirmed that by inhibiting the activity of tyrosinase and the proliferation and synthesis of melanocytes, the production of melanin can be reduced to a...
