Embodiment 1

[0029] In the there-necked flask, add 29.8g ricinoleic acid (molecular weight 298, 0.1mol), and add 11.4g1,2-propanediol (molecular weight 76, 0.15mol), then add 3~5 drops of 98% vitriol oil as catalyst, magnetic stirring, The reaction was carried out in an oil bath at 150°C, and the water was separated by reflux. After 3 hours, the reaction was stopped, cooled, and the oil phase was extracted with 25ml of n-hexane and distilled under reduced pressure. The product obtained was 1,2-propanediol ricinoleic acid monoester compound (a ricinoleic acid propyl ester compound). The obtained ricinoleic acid monoester compound of 1,2-propanediol was used as an anti-wear additive. The acid value measurement results are shown in Table 1, and the lubricity test results of hydrogenated diesel oil are shown in Table 2.

Embodiment 2

[0031] In the there-necked flask, add 29.8g ricinoleic acid (molecular weight 298, 0.1mol), 6.33g1,2-ethanediol (molecular weight 62, 0.102mol), then add 3~5 drops of 98% concentrated sulfuric acid as catalyst, magnetically stir, The reaction was carried out in an oil bath at 80°C, and water was purged with nitrogen gas. After 6 hours, the reaction was stopped, cooled, and the oil phase was extracted with 25ml of n-hexane from the reacted product, and distilled under reduced pressure. The product obtained was ethylene glycol. Ricinoleic acid monoester compound (a ricinoleic acid ethyl ester compound). The obtained ricinoleic acid monoester compound of ethylene glycol was used as an anti-wear additive. The acid value test results are shown in Table 1, and the lubricity test results of hydrogenated diesel oil are shown in Table 2.

Embodiment 3

[0033] Add 29.8g ricinoleic acid (molecular weight 298, 0.1mol) in the there-necked flask, and add 12.92g 1,3-propanediol (molecular weight 76, 0.17mol), then add 3~5 drops of 98% concentrated sulfuric acid as catalyst, magnetically stir , react in an oil bath at 180°C, use reflux to separate water, stop the reaction after 1 hour, cool down, extract the oil phase of the product after the reaction with 25ml of n-heptane, and distill under reduced pressure, the obtained product is 1,3 - A ricinoleic monoester compound of propylene glycol (a propyl ricinoleate compound). The obtained ricinoleic acid monoester compound of 1,3-propanediol was used as an anti-wear additive. The acid value test results are shown in Table 1, and the lubricity test results of hydrogenated diesel oil are shown in Table 2.

Abstract

The invention relates to a wear-resistant additive for low-sulphur hydrogenated diesel, comprising a component A with an alcohol ester structure and also optionally comprising an auxiliary agent B with an alcohol ester structure, an auxiliary agent C with an ester structure, an assistant D or mixtures of B, C and D. The mass ratio of the component A to the component B to the component C and the component D is 100:0-42:0-10:0-0:10. Under the condition of adding 200 mug of wear-resistant additives to every gram of low-sulphur hydrogenated diesel, the diameter of a wearing crack of the low-sulphur hydrogenated diesel is reduced to 422 mum from 742 mum. By adopting plant oleic acid as the raw material, the wear-resistant additive for low-sulphur hydrogenated diesel in the invention has the advantages of low acid value, environmental protection and small addition.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an anti-wear additive for hydrogenated low-sulfur diesel oil. Background technique [0002] As countries around the world pay more and more attention to environmental protection, in order to reduce diesel exhaust pollution, the restrictions on sulfur content in fuel oil-diesel are becoming more and more stringent. In 2006, the environmental protection laws of Europe, the United States and some other countries stipulated that the sulfur content in diesel oil should be below 15 μg / g, which is for the Olympic Games. Since January 1, 2008, Beijing has implemented Euro IV emission standards to control the sulfur content in diesel oil. Not more than 50μg / g. In order to meet the requirements of low-sulfur diesel oil, refineries use processes such as hydrofining, hydro-upgrading, and hydrocracking to produce low-sulfur diesel oil. The lubricating substances are also reduced, so that it cannot provide reliable lubrication for the oil ...
