Abstract

The invention discloses a Wuji (liver-fire-purging and spleen-stomach-regulating) gastric stasis preparation and a preparation method thereof. The formulation is prepared by mixing a Wuji extract and an auxiliary material in the weight ratio of 1:(1-10), wherein the Wuji extract is prepared by extracting coptis chinensis, fructus evodiae and white paeony root in the weight ratio of 1:1:1 or 6:1:6; and the extract and the pharmaceutically acceptable auxiliary material are prepared into the gastric stasis preparation. Wuji is prepared into a gastric floating preparation or a bio-adhesive preparation. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: extracting volatile oil from the fructus evodiae; wrapping the volatile oil with beta-cyclodextrin; after combining the fructus evodiae dreg, the coptis chinensis and the coptis chinensis, extracting the mixture with water or ethanol; uniformly mixing the extract and the auxiliary material in proportion according to an equivalent incremental method; and preparing the mixture into tablets or capsules in which pellets, micro-pills and particles are filled. The Wuji gastric stasis preparation has the technical effect that: the resistance time and the absorption time of the medicament in gastrointestinal tracts can be obviously prolonged through the formulation; the bioavailability of the medicament is improved; the clinical treatment effect can be enhanced when the medicament is used for treating gastrointestinal diseases, such as acute or chronic gastritis, peptic ulcer, irritable bowel syndrome and the like; the preparation process is simple; the Wuji gastric stasis preparation can realize industrial production and is convenient to carry; and the compliance of a patient is relatively good.
