Provided is a double-sided laminated polyester film which comprises a layer for preventing oligomer precipitation and a highly adhesive layer showing good adhesiveness with a hard coat layer, and which is ideal as a touch panel structural member, for instance. One film surface of the double-sided laminated polyester film has a first coating layer which contains an ammonium salt group-containing polymer, a polyethylene glycol-containing acrylate polymer, and a crosslinking agent, and the other film surface has a second coating layer which contains a crosslinking agent and a polyurethane resin.
