The space microbial fertilizer is prepared by mixing an organic mixture fermentation base stock and a (streptomycetes silaceus) SCXL-S9CGMCC No. 7256 microbial inoculum, wherein the organic mixture fermentation base stock is composed of an organic matter base stock and a decomposed composite microbial inoculum, the organic matter base stock is composed of excrements of livestock, straws and humic acid in a weight ratio of 7:3:2, 1% of decomposed composite microbial inoculum is added to the organic matter base stock according to a weight ratio, and the decomposed composite microbial inoculum is prepared by mixing bacillus subtilis, thermophilic sporotrichum and trichoderma harzianum in a weight ratio of 1:1:1, and 5% of the streptomycetes silaceus is added to the organic mixture base stock for preparing the space microbial fertilizer; and the space microbial fertilizer has an obvious effect on yield increasing of cotton and potato planting and an important application value.
