The modified germanite is prepared from following raw materials by weight: 72-86 parts of germanite, 24-32 parts of precipitated barium sulphate, 10-15 parts of carboxyl-terminated butadiene-acrylonitrile, 14-22 parts of 4,4'-methylenedianiline epoxy resin, 2-3 parts of alkylphenol sulfide, 1.5-2.5 parts of diaminodiphenyl sulfone, 3-5 parts of ethylamine-borontrifluoride, 5-10 parts of bone glue powder, 10-15 parts of oil shale ash, 2-4 parts of trimethylolpropane triacrylate, 5-10 parts of nanometer calcium titanate fiber, 1-2 parts of dithiothreitol, 66-78 parts of polyetherimide, 2-3 part of lauroyl peroxide, 1.5-2.5 parts of 4-tert-butylthiophenol, 32-44 parts of polycarbonate, 3-5 parts of pentaerythritol oleate, 2-3 parts of 2-phenylbenzimidazole-5-sulfonic acid and 4-8 parts of auxiliary agents.
