Problems solved by technology

[0004] Chinese patent CN104861078A discloses a gelatin film based on cellulose chemical crosslinking and its preparation method. Although the gelatin film in this patent has improved elasticity and flexibility, its tensile resistance is lower than that of the blank gelatin film. And its surface microscopic morphology is not conducive to the loading and embedding of drugs, which is very unfavorable for the application of drug carriers
In addition, the gelatin film has certain limitations in the anti-degradation utilization
Chinese patent CN105237645A discloses a macromolecular cross-linking agent based on oxidized cellulose, its gelatin film and its preparation method. Although the macromolecular cross-linking agent TMN in this patent does not need third-party molecules as a bridge, it realizes both gelatin and cellulose. direct connection of similar macromolecules, but the degree of cross-linking is low
[0006] But there is no application report about using modified gelatin complex as drug omeprazole carrier at present

Abstract

The invention discloses a functional cellulose esterification based chemical cross-linking agent modified gelatin compound with the constitutional unit shown as formula I (n=200-500) below. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the modified gelatin compound, and the modified gelatin compound is obtained by amidation of a macromolecular cross-linking agent and gelatin. Heat stability, biodegradability resistance, mechanical property and surface hydrophobicity of the cross-linking agent modified gelatin compound are remarkably improved; particularly, a freeze dried composite gelatin network is remarkably improved, and honeycomb-cell-shaped surface microtopography provides a dwelling location for loading and embedding of drugs, so that favorable conditions are provided for application of the gelatin compound as drug carriers.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of gelatin modification, and in particular relates to a gelatin compound modified based on a functional cellulose ester chemical crosslinking agent, a preparation method and application thereof. Background technique [0002] Gelatin is a kind of natural protein obtained by alkaline or acidic hydrolysis of collagen. It is widely used in biological materials etc. However, its low thermal stability, poor mechanical properties, and easy degradation limit its application, so gelatin is often modified. [0003] Microcrystalline cellulose (MCC) is a renewable resource with a wide range of sources. Its good compatibility with living cells and non-toxicity make it often blended with gelatin or optimized by reacting with gelatin with a third-party cross-linking agent. The nature of gelatin, and then meet the requirements of the medical field. For example, Ooi prepared a glutaraldehyde-crosslinked gelatin / cellulose ...
