Problems solved by technology

The particle size of the molecularly imprinted material formed by the above emulsion polymerization is controllable, but it needs to use a large amount of surfactant or co-emulsifier to adsorb on the two-phase interface, which will cause pollution, interfere with the formation of recognition sites between template molecules and polymers, and destroy specific adsorption.
At present, there is no report on the use of Pickering emulsion for the preparation of malachite green molecular adsorption materials

Embodiment 1

[0029] Weigh 20 mg of nano-silica with a particle size of 10 nm, 0.27 mL of functional monomer, 0.5 mL of 3M sodium hydroxide solution, and 6 mL of 0.3% TX-100 solution in a 15 mL stoppered test tube, shake them by hand and mix well, this is aqueous solution. Take another 15mL stoppered test tube and add 1.728mL of ethylene glycol dimethacrylate, 10mg of malachite green, 200µL of toluene, and 20mg of azobisethylbutyronitrile, shake it by hand and mix well, this is an oil phase solution. Mix and shake the two to get a uniform and stable emulsion. After heating in a water bath at 60°C for 12 hours, the obtained polymer microspheres settled at the bottom of the test tube. Soak in 30% hydrofluoric acid to remove silica, and then wash with 1:1 methanol-acetic acid solution until malachite green cannot be detected by HPLC. Malachite green molecularly imprinted microspheres with a particle size of 50-200 µm were obtained.

Embodiment 2

[0031] The concentration of the sodium hydroxide solution in Example 1 was changed to 1M, the surfactant was changed to 0.1% sodium lauryl sulfate solution 6mL, and the others remained unchanged.

Embodiment 3

[0033] Change the amount of ethylene glycol dimethacrylate in Example 1 into 3.5mL, the amount of malachite green becomes 100mg, the initiator becomes potassium persulfate 20mg and adds in the water phase, and the hydrofluoric acid concentration is changed into 10%, Others remain unchanged.

Abstract

The invention provides Pickering malachite green molecular imprinting polymers as well as a preparation method and an application thereof. The preparation method of the molecular imprinting polymers comprises steps as follows: nano-silica, functional monomers and a small amount of surfactant in a certain ratio are mixed to form an aqueous phase solution, a cross linking agent, a pore forming agent and an initiator in a certain ratio are mixed to form an oil phase solution, then malachite green is added to the aqueous phase or the oil phase, meanwhile, the aqueous phase or the oil phase is subjected to vortex shaking and even mixing and placed in a water bath for a reaction for a certain period, and polymeric microspheres are obtained; silica is washed away by the aid of hydrofluoric acid, malachite green is washed away by the aid of a solvent, and molecular imprinting microspheres are obtained; the molecular imprinting microspheres are contained in a solid phase extraction column and can be successfully applied to detection of trace malachite green in an aqueous product. According to the preparation method, an inorganic matter is used as a phase interface, a stable microemulsion can be formed through shaking by hand, the environment-friendly effect is realized, the preparation method is simple, demulsification can be avoided in the heating polymerization process, caking in the polymerization process is avoided, and the obtained molecular imprinting polymers are in the shape of microspheres and are high in strength and controllable in particle size.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a composite material, in particular to a Pickering malachite green molecularly imprinted material and its preparation method and application. Background technique [0002] Malachite green, English name malachite green, is a class of triphenyl-based dyes, which enter the organism and are often metabolized into colorless leuco malachite green, all of which belong to the polyphenyl ring structure that is difficult to degrade and eliminate. Malachite green is often used as a dye in ceramics, textiles, leather, food colorants and cytochemical stains. Since 1933, it has been used in aquaculture as an insect repellent, insecticide and preservative. Later, it was widely used to prevent and treat saprolegniasis, gill mold and melon worm disease of various aquatic animals. Because of its carcinogenic, teratogenic and mutagenic toxicity [1,2], the use of MG in aquaculture has been banned in many countries such as the United States, Japan...
